I like the ease of use when it comes to creating and editing sales rooms, and the ability to customize templates for specific prospects. I find it really helpful to identify buying signals since I can see who clicks the link, learn more about the individual, and see how many times they view the pages. This helps in understanding if they're just looking for more information or actually checking out the pricing pages. The customization and personalization features per pod are really cool. It makes the proposal feel tailored and personal for the prospects, offering them a unique buying journey rather than just a standard template. Setting up Trumpet was also really easy, only taking a couple of clicks and steps.

I like that Trumpet has different modules, making it easy to find one that fits my needs. The ability to use templates and apply them across all deal rooms is a big plus, and it's great to update the template, automatically applying it to active pods, so there are no outdated pods floating around. I appreciate being able to see statistics on what pages are being viewed, who is opening each pod, and which deals are won. Also, syncing it with HubSpot adds value for me.

Trumpet is intuitive, highly customizable, and genuinely great to look at. It takes a scattered pile of resources and information and turns it into a "north star" for the client that is clear, easy to digest, and fully on-brand. One of my favourite features is the visitor insights and analytics you get from every pod because it's useful to see how prospects are actually engaging with the content. As an admin, I love building out the Content Library and creating templates for our team to use. Co-branded resources used to be a huge time-suck for us, and I can already see our team shifting away from that inefficient process in favour of building all of our sales resources directly in Trumpet. The customer support team deserves a shoutout because they're helpful, hands-on, and I typically hear back the same day I ask a question. On top of that, Trumpet is constantly evolving, with regular product updates that make it, hands down, the most exciting and innovative tool in our tech stack. As an Operations Manager who used to be in sales, I genuinely wish I'd had this product back when I was selling.
