Straightforward Dashboards That Streamline Document Processing

One of the biggest strengths is how straightforward it is to use day to day. The dashboards and transaction views make it simple to see what needs attention, identify errors quickly, and track document status. This reduces manual follow-up and helps the team process orders more efficiently.

Easy-to-Use EDI with Room for Improvement

I like that TrueCommerce EDI is simple and easy to use as a new user. The platform is well-organized, making it easy to follow and keeping the flow of information great. The user interface is quite user-friendly, and I didn't have to spend much time learning how to use it. I also appreciate the AI assistant, Truedi, which saves a lot of time by helping to find information quickly. We use the transaction tool the most, and it’s easy to track everything. Additionally, I find the reports valuable for analyzing different data. The setup was straightforward, and we didn't face major challenges. Overall, I would give it a strong 9 out of 10 because of its usability and effectiveness.

What I like best about TrueCommerce is how quick, efficient, and reliable the EDI system is. It helps us stay on top of the expectations and requirements of all our EDI trading partners while making our everyday tasks run smoothly. From managing EDI transactions and working with QuickBooks to importing and exporting shipping information and labels, TrueCommerce helps streamline our day to day operations. I especially appreciate the integration with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip, which has been a great feature of our shipping process. Most importantly, when I have a question or need assistance, the TrueCommerce Support team is top-notch. Having a system that works smoothly along with knowledgeable and responsive support makes TrueCommerce an important part of our daily operations.
