The UI is great in my opinion! I love being able to clearly follow a diagram that shows how the pieces interact with each other and being able to drag-drop is fantastic. Tray is one of the few/rare tools that allows for quick start-up and is overall intuitive so that junior technical staff can hop in and field some requests with little training.
