The tests can be set up very easily and used in a standardized way. This makes candidates significantly more comparable. The results not only consist of numbers but also provide a clear picture of where a candidate's strengths lie and where potential weaknesses might be. We find the tips particularly helpful on where to specifically follow up during the interview.

A helpful reality check for our shortlist

The onboarding process and the support from the team saved us a significant amount of time. We barely had to do any setup ourselves, just invited the candidates. By integrating Traitwise into our process, we were able to immediately filter out candidates who were spamming applications for irrelevant positions.
