I really like that Trainual is easy to use and has a fun, interactive space. After surveying my team, they mentioned enjoying the interactive features like gifs and quizzes. They found these elements engaging and fun. It is a really useful tool for the team to be able to brush up on their knowledge about our systems and products, all in one central location. It is really quick and easy to create content for the team, and we can review the leaderboard to see which departments and which content is being reviewed the most.

I like that I can personalize which employees have access to specific trainings, so not everyone has to complete the same ones. I also appreciate being able to go back and access past trainings whenever I want, which makes it easy to refresh my memory on the information.

I love how easy Trainual is to use, and I really love the flowchart feature—it's the best out there in my opinion. The private document management is really nice because it allows me to work on drafts for upcoming releases without doing everything the day of. I also keep my work private until I'm ready to release it to my team. I love checking the test scores too, and the interactive elements make the learning process more hands-on and fun, helping agents retain information better.
