Too expensive for smaller teams

They needed to have a plan dedicated for smaller teams, charging a minimal 10 seat is incredibly wasteful for smaller team with low employee turn over. We have a team of 7 people with average stay of 2 years + We are just wasting 3 seat prices each month.
