I love how easy Trainual is to use, and I really love the flowchart feature—it's the best out there in my opinion. The private document management is really nice because it allows me to work on drafts for upcoming releases without doing everything the day of. I also keep my work private until I'm ready to release it to my team. I love checking the test scores too, and the interactive elements make the learning process more hands-on and fun, helping agents retain information better.

I really like how easy it is to organize training materials and company processes in one place. The people section, where I can see the org chart and directory, is also a standout feature for me. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy.
