It also efficiently generates and sends access PINs to our office's enterance to new employees, saving us from a manual, tedious process. The app catalog feature is another highlight as it offloads IT tickets for app access. Users can raise requests through the web or Slack, and stakeholders approve them in the same manner, granting access in a few minutes. I also appreciate how we can limit who sees or requests certain apps, like allowing Sales to request Salesforce access while restricting R&D.
