It is straightforward to understand, setup and use and just works without glitches, especially the web version. Over a decade of using it on various platforms and it has soldiered on quietly and without complaint. Whenever I had a question, the folks who create and maintain the software are extremely responsive even though I used the free version for quite a while.

I use it for both business and personal tasks and have used it every day of my adult professional life. I have the plus plan and the customer support team is responsive to direct inquires/tickets.
