I like that TitanFile is very user-friendly, especially for patients, as they do not need to create an account if they don't want to. It's easy to navigate, and the Secure Submit feature is fantastic because it allows sharing through a single link, making it easy to include instructions for how to upload everywhere. The Secure Submit feature is also valuable because it ensures sharing is secure and PIPEDA compliant. Overall, ease of use is really important for us to avoid the hassle for patients who are already busy.

I like the fact that it is customizable in that i can make it easy for the recipient or add more security features, depending on the situation. Also the fact that my assistant can shadow my account and retrieve documents as needed.
