I love the clean design of Timeliner; it has a really nice user experience. It makes navigating the software simple for me and makes it easy for my clients to be onboarded into such a beautiful-looking system. I also really enjoy the frame.io-like tools integrated into the platform for reviews and comments, which let me leave feedback for my editing teams directly on the content material. The initial setup was really easy. A customer success manager walked me through the platform, but even before that, I could navigate the system by myself. Creating clients and managing editing tasks is easy. I think when software meets good design and usability, it's really a good one.

I really appreciate the clarity of organizing all related things to a project, which gives me a clear overview of everything happening. The newly designed intake form and the option for clients to approve and download files directly are incredibly helpful. These features save time and give me peace of mind. The customer service is fantastic—they're quick to respond, clear, super helpful, honest, and genuinely nice guys. For a new software, that's especially valuable because while there might be small bugs, it's comforting to have quick responses. The tool itself is smart and clear, making the setup process smooth. I had been searching for the right tool for a long time, and Timeliner turned out to be the one.

I love Timeliner because it really speeds up my workflow. It allows me to get an overview of everything that has to be done in the business. I'm actually only using Google Drive for bigger storage things, but now that I'm going to the bigger plan, I don't even need Google Drive anymore. I actually asked the developers to create the pages just like Notion, so everything that is possible within a Notion page is also possible within Timeliner now, and that's also one of the things that I love about them. They're still pretty small, so you can actually request what you want, and within a few weeks they have created it for you, which is truly awesome. I'm moving all of my systems to Timeliner. It just makes everything way easier also for my editors, etc., and I just can't wait to grow and scale my business with Timeliner. It's actually the first time that I can truly see myself scaling my business, and that is definitely thanks to Timeliner.
