Keap is great if you have a large budget and have already invested time and resources to using it. When set up correctly, forms on websites stay connected without interruptions and connecting with different softwares through API was easier than some of their counterparts - which was important to me as someone who works with small businesses because it isn't practical to keep adding Zapier subscriptions for endless integrations - it becomes too costly for small businesses.

Since they were Keap, they have continued to improve their interface, options, and usability, as well as their EXCELLENT customer support.

The biggest thing that I've liked about Thryv is that Jessica was fantastic throughout the process. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something. Instead, she took the time to listen and understand my business and recommend services that actually fit my needs. That made a big difference. And then once I got started, Ashley helped me get up to speed on the platform. She has been incredibly patient and knowledgeable and always willing to help. She even jumped in on a Zoom call the other week when I was checking in with Jessica and Jessica reached out to her. And she made the time to help us with some things, and she wasn't even scheduled to meet. That level of customer service is hard to find. So working with the Thryv team has been a great experience from start to finish. If you're a business owner looking to get more out of your marketing dollars while working with people who genuinely care about your success, I highly recommend Thryv. The initial setup of Thryv was extremely easy. Ashley was part of that onboarding process, and she just walked me through it step by step. Super, super simple. I would say it easily 10 out of 10.
