Their toolset and underlying architecture support the full range of applications, small to very complex, handling elegantly any use case you may require. Their customer training and support sets the bar for the industry. After over 35 years in educational technology, I am not easily impressed. However, the Thought Industries team has considered every level of support needed and provides it with high quality and reliability. They continue to provide support throughout the duration of a subscription as well, not just at start-up. If you are looking for a true LMS partner as you implement and grow your business, I'd suggest you look no further.

From the development perspective, I like the option to choose different predefined types of pages and how to combine them. Also, monitoring and reporting are essential, and Thought Industries provides this as an integrated service.
