The engineer did an exceptional job translating complex operational requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces. They clearly understood how important it is to make large volumes of asset, employee, order, and operational data easy to manage, without making the product feel complicated or overwhelming. We received strong full-stack engineering support without the overhead and cost of building out a larger in-house team. The quality of the work, speed of execution, and ability to contribute across multiple areas of our platform made the investment worthwhile.

Communication was consistently good, and the team remained professional while demonstrating strong technical knowledge throughout the project. I also appreciated that they took the time to understand the specific challenges of our footwear business, instead of relying on a generic, one-size-fits-all solution.

What I appreciated most about ThirstySprout was that they approached this as a talent strategy challenge, not simply a hiring brief. Building AI for a health and longevity platform comes with real responsibility—the system has to handle nuanced questions about recovery, performance trends, lifestyle prioritisation, and when to flag concerns to a healthcare professional. That isn’t the kind of work you can hand to just anyone with a machine learning background. ThirstySprout compressed our hiring timeline significantly, which directly accelerated our product roadmap.
