The team was technically capable, responsive, and professional throughout the engagement. Communication was clear and consistent, and they approached challenges in a constructive way. They also showed a strong willingness to fully understand our requirements before moving into implementation and delivering solutions.

They didn’t just build what we described; they also helped us think through what we actually needed. The solution supports real stakeholder use cases accurately and at scale, working across multiple languages and different regulatory contexts.

What impressed me most was how deeply they understood our organization’s needs. They didn’t just build a chatbot; they delivered an intelligent solution that genuinely reflects the values and complexity of an 80-year-old institution serving hundreds of thousands of people across Norway. Thirstysprout was also transparent about pricing from day one, which made the process feel straightforward and trustworthy. Compared with other vendors we evaluated, they offered strong value without compromising on quality or the depth of their expertise.
