I especially appreciated their emphasis on the practical application of machine learning. Instead of approaching the project as just a modeling exercise, they thought through how clinicians would actually use the insights and how the system could support more individualized treatment pathways.

The engineer did an excellent job partnering with us on this challenge. They clearly understood how important it is to combine multiple signals—such as search behaviour, booking history, budget, destination preferences, hotel preferences, and other relevant user data—to improve recommendation ranking.

They understood from the start that this wasn’t just a website project, but a complete business platform with multiple user types and interconnected workflows. They translated our requirements into a practical solution that feels scalable and well thought out. ThirstySprout delivered a sophisticated platform covering multiple interconnected areas of our business, and the quality of the development, responsiveness, and technical expertise made the engagement well worth the cost.
