Learning from fellow CSMs to share best practices and workshop ways to make ourselves stronger CSMs for our customers.

The program was highly engaging, practical, and grounded in the real experiences of working Customer Success professionals. Rather than relying only on theory, the instructors created opportunities to discuss actual challenges, learn from other CSMs, and apply the material directly to our day-to-day responsibilities. I especially appreciated that the program remained valuable for participants at different experience levels. Even with several years of Customer Success experience, I gained new perspectives, useful frameworks, and coaching in areas where I had developed habits but had not always stopped to evaluate whether they were the most effective approach.

What I like best about this course is that it goes beyond the basics, pushing me to develop deeper skills and fresh insights. The instructor’s real-life stories, practical examples, and engaging personality make the learning truly impactful. The Business Review and Communication sessions stand out, helping me focus on delivering real value and becoming more strategic with customers. I leave each class feeling motivated and challenged to think differently, listen more closely, and connect on a deeper level. I’ve become a better listener and have started asking leading questions that encourage my customers to open up more.
