Our team utilizes the platform for candidate sourcing, data enrichment, and evaluation scorecards. The enrichment feature allows us to easily compile candidates' backgrounds without having to spend much time doing manual cross-reference. The existence of scorecards within candidate profiles provides a framework for reviewing technical applicants.

What we liked most was having so much of the recruiting workflow connected in one place. We ended up using the platform a bit differently depending on the role, but the features we found most useful were sourcing, candidate enrichment, outreach, scheduling, and the AI interviewing process. The interview recordings, feedback, and scorecards were also valuable, especially when our team needed to revisit candidates later and make more consistent comparisons.

Depending on the role, we used different parts of The Cognitive, sourcing and outreach for some positions, and more of the interviewing, scheduling, and evaluation workflow for others. The interview side was especially useful for us. Having the recording and structured scorecards available afterward made it easier for the team to review candidates and share feedback, without everyone needing to be part of every interview. The sourcing and outreach workflows were also helpful when we needed to be more proactive about building a candidate pipeline.
