I like Textedly because the platform is pretty easy to use. I appreciate the ability to put people in groups so we can send specific things to specific groups of people. It's very convenient to be able to group people and not add them individually each time, especially since we have different groups of employees like field and office workers, as well as different groups within our field teams. The initial setup was relatively seamless, and we had a Textedly rep helping us along the way.

Textedly has been easy to navigate from day one. Setting up message scheduling, QR codes, keywords and a dedicated local number made launching our customer text program straightforward. The interface is intuitive, and it's simple to manage contacts and create campaigns without a steep learning curve.

I use Textedly at our higher education institution to notify students for non-emergency messages and events. It provides a cost-effective way to contact students, which beats email since they don't use it as their primary communication means. I find Textedly intuitive and appreciate the easy upload of contacts. I also like the ability to create sub-accounts for individual departments like Financial Aid and Bursar, which allows delegation of responsibility, so a single person isn’t burdened with sending all the texts.
