Great customization and support, but admin reporting needs a unified employee view

I love that we had the ability to customize the front opening homepage for our staff. We created a custom graphic that showcased an employee so it feels familiar to our staff. I also love the customer support we have. Kimi Griggs is our support specialist and she is amazing, so helpful and gets back to me so quick.
