Effortless Employee Recognition with Quality Gifts

I like Terryberry for its simplicity in providing employee anniversary gifts. The options they offer allow employees to choose something they actually want, which adds a personal touch. The gifts are high quality, and employees enjoy the process of choosing their own gifts. The initial setup was very simple, which I appreciate. Overall, Terryberry works great for us, and I don't see how it could be improved.

Terryberry is an excellent system - Effortless Employee Rewards program with Excellent Flexibility and options

I like the options that Terryberry provides, especially when it comes to aligning gifts with different phases of seniority, such as 5, 10, 15, and 25 years, and the value for each selection category. This flexibility is great. I also like their billing system—it's quite straightforward. Employees find the platform easy to use, and I enjoy the newsletters and ideas for further employee engagement and peer-to-peer recognition. Setting up Terryberry was very easy, thanks to the very good rep who guided us through the process.
