Tracker Pro is Ryan's new unclaimed property solutions. It’s easy to use and I can tailor the needs accordingly. I can upload and download data with my excel spreadsheets. It is easy to map and create custom reports. Since I have a large volume of data, the group modify feature became one of my favors. It saves me time to make changes and avoid mistakes. With its security features, I can custom and create various roles and responsibilities. I love this feature so much. Because, I don't have to worry about what types of sensitive information my student helpers can see or if they made change to certain fields. I can just blank out the fields or I can disable certain features. So, they can't accidentally made some kind of change. I also love how easy it is to use the links for various state websites. All the State specific information is there. I don't need to research myself. And the updates from Ryan keep my system current. So, I don't have to worry about if I missed something. These are just a few reasons why I stayed with Ryan all these years. I would not use other products because I like this one better.
