Tapptitude does an excellent job of understanding the client's underlying business model and customer, and tailoring their design and development approach around this. They listen to the client's direction but also do an excellent job of being a real thought-partner in the process and uncovering "blind spots" in the product without being explicitly asked to do so. They also hold themselves to an exceptionally high standard, and we have run out platform without any outages since launch. Lastly, the team is engaging, friendly, and collaborative, making them feel like an internal extension of your own company.
