There's a few things that come to mind: 1) the team works well together and seems like everyone is on the same page; they are able to grasp complex topics and know when to ask questions and when to do internal problem solving themselves 2) the team is well organized and runs the app development in a well communicated way; I know what will be accomplished each Sprint and what efforts will be prioritized 3) they're flexible to work with depending on what level of effort the client wants; I prefer to be hands-on so we have daily syncs which works very well and they're always accomodating if the time needs to be adjusted
