Telehealth Service with Benefits but Some Room for Improvement
I liked the convenience of being able to meet with a therapist virtually as there are limited option for mental health care in my area. Also having the option to choose from a wide variety of providers made me feel more autonmous with my decesion to seek mental health care in the first place.

Easy to use, but not is integrative and deep of sessions as traditional therapy.
Talkspace is quick to navigate and intuitive, it is easy to schedule and message. The video and chat portions seem to work really well, and Talkspace provides notifications when you have new messages or upcoming appointments. Ease of use is nice.
