We use Tabs to manage our revenue accounting, and it has made invoicing for complex enterprise software agreements far easier. It keeps us on top of billing and ensures customers pay our time. We've reduced our days sales outstanding and gained much better visibility into our billing overall. Tabs is thoughtfully designed and integrates seamlessly with the rest of our stack, including our sales tax automation software, Anrok, and our ERP, Quickbooks. I'm especially impressed with the Tabs Agent, which connects to Slack and gives us a real-time view into incoming payments. It saves us time and provides clear visibility into cash flow. On top of that, the Tabs team is always available for support directly in Slack, which makes getting our questions answered quick and painless.

I like that Tabs follows up on invoices on a regular basis and this helps with ensuring that overdue invoices are handled properly. The synchronization with QuickBooks makes the process seamless, and the payments are typically auto-applied. I also appreciate that I can pull a report on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) easily. Being able to pull an ARR waterfall report is very nice, and once Tabs was up and running, the automatic sending of reminders for open invoices definitely helps.

I've been using it for close to a year now, and it's been fun to watch the product mature - new features roll out, workflows get smoother, and it's clear the team is actively listening to feedback rather than letting the platform stagnate. Every now and then we've hit a one-off snag (as you do with any tool), but their support team has consistently been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted, usually same day. I'm also excited about some of the newer automation features they've been rolling out, definitely on my list to dig into and offload some of our more repetitive invoicing, cash collection and revenue recognition tasks.
