There's a lot to like about Tabs. ROI being the first - we've cut monthly billing time by roughly 80 to 90%, from 10 to 15 hours across multiple teams down to about 2, and avoided hiring a dedicated AR/billing person we'd otherwise have needed. The UI is a night-and-day improvement over our old platform, which was so manual you practically needed an engineering degree to get invoices out the door - now the team just reviews, adjusts, and sends. The AI contract ingestion pulls products and pricing terms straight from our PDFs, so setup is far less manual. Integrations matter too: Tabs syncs into our ERP with GL mapping by product and revenue stream, and it held up as a source of truth through a full ERP migration. Performance-wise, the accuracy lets us run a lean team without feeling understaffed on a complex, usage-based model, and automated collections took us from inconsistent follow-up to full dunning automation. Onboarding stood out - the team mapped our edge cases, bundled products, and usage-based logic during implementation rather than forcing us into a flat model. We're performing beyond where we were 2 or 3 years ago.

Tabs has been super helpful when dealing with any issues that I have had. Tabs was very response. I also enjoyed the seamless integration between QBO.

I like Tabs for its ability to automate invoice generation, allowing us to review and send invoices on day one instead of manually entering them into QBO on day ten. I appreciate its ability to enter a contract and automatically generate billings based on the wording of the contract. The initial setup of Tabs was very easy, with the implementation team helping us do the brunt of the work.
