I find the customer support team to be great and always available to help. I also appreciate the flexibility Tabs offers to customize billing and revenue schedules based on different contracts, which allows me to use the software instead of relying on manual spreadsheets, even for edge cases. The automation of AR reminders and revenue recognition schedules is also a big plus.

I like the ease of use of Tabs, as it's intuitive and easy to figure out things on my own. The automations available allow us to set and forget certain invoicing processes, which is super helpful. I appreciate the clean and accurate reporting, giving me confidence in our numbers and the ability to find things that may have been missed. The speedy feature launches make my day-to-day tasks easier and improve the collections process for our customers. Also, anytime I have a problem, their team is extremely responsive and helps me solve it as fast as possible. The initial setup was easier than I could have imagined.

So far, I can only comment based on my limited experience of three months working in Tabs. I like that many things are automated and also easy to edit or manage. This is especially true when working with invoices like sending them to customers, and reverting to draft, editing billing information.
