I love how quickly you can get answers to questions. It allows organizations to be driven by data vs '"someone in leadrship liked this concept", and ultimately make the best decisions rooted in what consumers actually think and want.

It does most of the work for you. The templates make it easy to get started and the platform is intuitive. Our rep has been incredibly responsive and helpful to get us going. The results are easy to digest with the graphs and word clouds.

The customer service from Suzy is outstanding. Cara is by far my favorite vendor contact! The platform itself is fast and easy to use. The ability to quickly turn around a short survey--or even a single question--is invaluable when senior management is pushing for fast answers. Providing them with much quicker answers than expected reflects well on my job, which is never a bad thing! I’m impressed that they’re always working to provide a better product by listening to customer needs.
