Excellent service that has improved inventory and ordering
Surecost is highly user friendly and their support team is unmatched. The webinars that they have on occasion have been informative in helping continue to learn and grow. Accessing, training, and implenting surecost into the daily workflow has been extremly easy as well as the multiude of reports allow staying on top of data and finding the data I need. As a start-up using SureCost has been game changer in ways of staying on top of vendor agreements and finding ways to save money.

My outstanding experience with Surecost
The tool that I find most helpful on Surecost is the potential savings, from other vendors, that shows up whilst ordering items. One upside I have found from using Surecost is that it allows me to see instantaneously when a product is out of stock and other vendors that are providing this product.

Great tools, great staff, quality product.
Startup was a breeze. The platform is very user friendly. Whenever we come across something that we dont understand, their support team is very knowlegable and easy to talk to. Our staff spends 80% to 90% less time chasing down substitution products. I don't have to log in to 4 to 5 different websites to find out what is available, how much does it cost, etc. The perpetual inventory in our pharmacy system gets updated seemlessly.
