Operations Research - Business Systems Analyst at Diamond Pharmacy ServicesSureCost is good at what they do, even if there is still room for improvement.
SureCost allows our purchasing department to save time (and often money as well) by displaying matching options, participating and vendors along with cost and availability. The interface has always been realatively easy to navigate and search features work well. In general, they have also provided good customer service and have been responsive when issues are reported or change requests are submitted. (Note: They recently updated the site, but I don't have enough experience to comment on the new version).

Surecost has been a very helpful system with managing our pharmacy inventory
SureCost is great for finding replacement items when our primary vendor is out of stock, the order history displaying the last time ordered and quantities are also great. we have reached out to customer support on issues and recived promp responses as well. we use this system on a daily bases and have been overall pleased with it.
