The platform is quite easy to use, there are plenty of options and metrics where we can analyze what is happening, as well as search for errors in the creation and execution of workflows. As I work as a QA, I am always analyzing the execution of workflows and the information displayed there is quite useful. The test mode in the test environment also helps with the creation of test users, as well as the easy change of environment, where we can analyze how the workflows were executed in the production environment and how we can reproduce them in the test environment. The support team is also very helpful, always responding when we find a bug. Workflow execution is also quite fast, maintaining highly optimized performance. The integration with our platform was also done quickly, and whenever we need to make updates, we can do so in a short amount of time.

What I like best is how much it simplifies the frontend implementation of a real-time notification feed. Instead of building a notification center, managing read/unread states, and handling WebSocket connections from scratch, we can just drop in their pre-built UI components and SDK. The recent v4 SDK update is a massive improvement over v1. It brought a lot more architectural stability, better type safety, and much more predictable state management, which means far fewer layout shifts or rendering bugs in our application's notification bell feed.

I find SuprSend really easy to use for setting up automated workflows to trigger push notifications. I like that they provide a Python SDK, which we use to programmatically send notifications. The team is pretty approachable, and if there are features that might not be available, they might be willing to build it for you. The pricing is pretty attractive, especially since other solutions can be fairly expensive for a startup.
