I use Sunwave at work, and it makes recording things easier than doing everything on paper. I like how it’s set up: the sections make it easy to find a client on the bed board by entering my location. I can enter the location, wing, and time for my cues in one area, and put my shift notes in one place. I also like that everything is in one app, that client information is already on the bed board, and that drug tests are set up by date so I can click, sign, and confirm. The initial setup was very easy.

I find Sunwave easy to use and convenient. I use it to manage caseloads, complete documentation, and complete assessments. It lets all our professionals work with the same patient. I found the setup simple, though an external team at the company handles it.
