I use Sunwave for documentation at work. It gives consistency for clients and behaviors. I like that all staff can participate and document, and that everything is by date. I value the overall view and the details inside. Setup was easy.

I find Sunwave easy to access and navigate, including the group notes. It loads really fast, so I don’t have to sit and wait, and it’s convenient for time management because it’s coordinated but simple to use. I like that my clients are listed in the order I need them, with my assigned caseload, authorization review, caseload tracker, and compliance report easy to find. It has tabs for everything, including the dashboard, group notes, clinical dashboard, reports, and intake process, and it’s specifically designed for me as a clinician. The initial setup was very convenient and easy.

I think having the CRM and EMR in one is great. I don’t need an integration, and it makes the process from lead to intake to discharge seem seamless. The customer service is fantastic. Pierce Rosengren and Jesus Hernandez have been very helpful, and Pierce is always available to schedule demos, help our team understand how to use everything Sunwave has to offer, and answer our questions. They respond quickly, take time to find answers and fixes, and work hard to make sure we have what we need at our fingertips. The initial setup was 10/10 easy, and I’d choose Sunwave over Kipu or HubSpot every time.
