I love the fact that SumUp offers a variety of ways to pay, like Tap and Apple Pay, which makes payment processing easy for my customers. Some of my customers appreciate that they can insert their cards. I also love the receipt options, whether it's printing, texting, or emailing the receipt to customers. What I love most is not needing to use my hot spot, and the device being very lightweight and versatile. I can use the handheld device or take out the little device from the charger. It's cool that the Internet connection is embedded, saving me from extra hotspot charges. It easily fits in one hand, making it convenient for me, especially when working outside the mall.

I find it very easy to use and reliable. It keeps a good charge, doesn’t charge too much for a processing fee, and has been consistently helpful whenever I’ve had a problem.
