SuiteFiles provides a great web-based interface to SharePoint. It also integrates nicely with Microsoft365, in particular OneDrive and Outlook. I can enable a client portal for easy exchange of documents with my clients and create documents for secure digital signing. From Outlook we can save emails into client files so that the whole team can be across whatever we are discussing with our client and pick up where the last person left off - very useful if someone is away sick and they need someone else to continue dealing with an urgent request from a client. SuiteFiles will also integrate with a number of industry standard systems that Chartered Accountants use every day in addition to Microsoft365 such as Xero, CCH iFirm, MYOB and APS. We really like the way we can attach files to the CCH Business Fitness client workpapers.

The integration between different programmes I use every day, makes my work day a lot easier and faster. I use it daily through emails and documents. They are always updating so it remains relevant and useful.

The integration with Xero Practice Manager is briliant, enabling documents to be saved to an XPM job, merge fields into templates. Document signing is a breeze - the signed document is automatically stored in the same folder. I could go on and on... so many great features.
