As an admin of SF, the training provided by the SF team was complete and easy to go through. It gave me all the tools to be able to analyze the reports created by the psychometric assessment of each employee. The training also provided ways to communicate the results to the employees and their manager to maximize the comprehension of the results in a personalize way. The SuccessFinder report is now used as part of our growth plan for each employee and we love to implement workshop amongst team to ensure they work together in the best way possible. SF customer support is quick to respond and we've had no difficulty getting the help we needed when needed.
