Encouraging and Supportive Fitness App Without Body Shaming
Most fitness/health apps rely on you having to feel bad about your body - e.g. asking you for weight loss goals - before you can use it. Strove doesn't do that. It just provides encouragement and resources to get you living your healthiest life. I also like that you might know some of the people you are entering challenges with.

I appreciate the all-around tracking of my fitness and health, which includes meditation and exercises, coupled with rewards. I find the webinars particularly valuable, especially those relevant to me, like the one on menopause. The challenges push me to improve continuously, and I love the community engagement features where I can share and gauge my fitness with others.
