I love the no-hassle and simple interface for the dashboard. I've had a couple of hiccups, common stuff with virtual servers, and service response time has been great. Ticket responses have been consistently less than 30 minutes with the issue addressed, no matter the time of day or night. The 3-year pricing is an exceptional value. I can find a different use for the server even if its original purpose goes away. A quick reinstall to nuke and pave the box through the interface gives me a fresh instance. I was skeptical when giving it a try and have been pleasently surprised. If the avaiilable configurations can handle the workload, I find myself starting here.

For example: I wanted to transfer data to a new server, but the old one had to be on the same day. I forgot to pay. Support extended the old server for 3 days for free. - The server was stable all year round. During the year, I turned to support 3 times. 1. I wanted to increase server performance 2. $ 10 bonuses were not credited. 3. I asked to extend the server's work when the server lease ended.
