SLXQLFCSI’m dealing with a frustrating situation. Their server broke down, and for three/four days, they misled me about the status. We attempted to repair the disks; although they were fixed initially, the failure occurred again. Now we're in the process of replacing the RAID card. To make matters worse, I received an email stating that the server is completely damaged, and as a result, all my data, IP, and settings are lost. They offered to set up a new server, but this feels like a complete scam. I waited nearly four days, hoping they would restore my services, but they didn't respond for almost two days, only saying they were "working on it." I had multiple websites and Nextcloud instances hosted there. Without my permission they started a new VM and now they act like nothing happend, and they offer me 1 years of free service as compensation.

We went through tough times since my server's configuration was a bit complex, and I had to install a specific analytical software that was not compatible with the existing Debian operating systems built-in and offered in their system. But the real deal was when their support personnel stayed along with me helping me make it work, knowing that it is not under their line of duty, but they still managed to get me the correct technical info to adjust the configuration of my softwarer and all went smooth. Thanks you for the support and for being there along the way next to me!

I loved the pricing affordability of the VPS servers on SSD. I never experienced any sych downtime of the service.
