What I like best about Sprout Studio is how much they care about their clients and our experience. They're constantly working to update the interface. They're also always incredibly fast on responding to any questions. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I also love how I can send galleries, invoices, emails, and keep track of my books all in the same place. When my business was smaller and I didn't need as much storage, it was absolutely perfect for what I needed.

Stakepoint project portfolio has customizeable templates, milestone tracking, budget management, task planning and task board view. There is a free trial available so user can decide if that software works for them or not. It does progress tracking and task tracking as well. There is online support also available. It is also as a mobile application so you can use it anywhere and it doesn't hinder productivity. The graphics are good and it integrates with MS project. It can be used on both windows and mac.

This software not only does all of your client experience management, but it also does accounting, payment processing through most major processors, and it has really fast support. It's very easy to use, unlike a lot of photography management softwares that have a big learning curve. I got all of my studio setup within a few hours.
