I appreciate how SpotHopper has allowed me to improve my website and enhance my Google reviews, making it easier for customers to find my Italian restaurant. The overall presentation of my website is nicer, and it's a lot easier for me to manage on my own. I also like being able to send out emails to customers and engage with them more effectively, using the website as a marketing tool. My account representative Trysten has been amazing from day one, consistently reaching out to offer help and being tremendously supportive throughout the process.
