It was easy to set up and the interface is easy to use. When we've had issues with cameras, they've sent new ones out, no charge.

I really like how easy the system is to use and configure. The quality is great and really, i wish i had more of an excuse to use the system because it can do more. Our needs are basic, but for the money, you really get so much.

I have had great connectivity and have quickly and easily been able to see all our cameras. The insights feature allowing me to see activity in each camera's area is fanatastic to find and identify activities that need to be reviewed. I am easily able to access on my iphone as well. The search feature has worked very well being able to identify a window of time with insights and then preview video in definable time increments. I have a SpotAI window open all day. It is easy to bounce back and forth my different production areas and make sure everything is running.
