Ease of use! This ease includes from the installation right through to the end user experience. Nothing could be more comprehensive, yet intuitive and easy to use. Initial setup is straight forward and technicians were very helpful in getting Spot.ai to work with even pretty old existiing cameras that hadn't worked properly for years. Tested system with numerous different cameras and they all worked, even when some cameras were over 100 miles away and connected through a VPN tunnel. This system gets used every day. Integration with other camera systems works pretty well.
