The platform centralises sponsorship contracts and uses AI to extract the obligations, assets and deliverables within each agreement. Users track contracted deliverables and due dates, manage commercial inventory and asset entitlements, and coordinate activation campaigns, including creative review and approval workflows with multi-party annotations and a full audit trail. For rights holders, the platform provides custom-branded partner portals, brand guideline and toolkit publishing, in-platform partner messaging, and automated partner reporting. It also tracks commercial opportunities, such as unused inventory and upsell proposals, through defined pipeline stages. The platform consolidates data from sources including CRM, social, event attendance, survey and media-value inputs, and reports on sponsorship performance and return on investment through dashboards.
