I am only speaking from a salesforce perspective, but it has really supported us in backing up our data. I really like how granular you can get and that you can also backup sandboxes. Also, the spin provides excellent support.

Very easy to set up and get started. Our onboarding was very fast, and data was being backed up immediately. We have not seen many glitches, and even when there is one, Spin tech team generally reaches out to us before we notice it on the dashboard. We use it the application sparingly mainly to spot check that the back ups are working, and just getting ready to roll out End User access to restore their data themselves.

For us, the software works very well within Google and Microsoft environments...even backing things up that other tools cannot see like the consolidated "virtual" folders in Google Drive when local directories are synced to Drive. The custom success managers and support engineers are incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible to ensure you're getting the most out of their software to meet your business needs. Having a backup software like this allows us to easily access this on a regular basis to ensure data integrity, backup status, and ability to restore...and this is all such an easy, straightforward process.
