Their AI-native tax engine provides granular level tax treatments and monitors for changes in the law (not something we want to get wrong!). 3. Stellar support via slack - the team get back to us lightning fast whenever we have questions.

Going through a billing system change can be tedious, but Sphere's team was totally on it and helped everything move as smoothly as sometimes these things can go. Support is always super fast (and in Slack which is easy), and they've really nailed UI.

We run Sphere alongside Orb and QBO for invoicing and GL, and the whole stack just works. The team has been super proactive about helping us stay on top of our tax exposure, and honestly I've never seen a single platform handle both international and US indirect tax compliance the way they do. As a global business, staying ahead of VAT, GST, and sales tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions is a real headache, so having that consolidated into one place has been a game changer. Automatic payments, virtual mailboxes, and quick filing approvals and recon are also huge highlights for us. The integrations were smooth to set up and onboarding was painless, which is rare for this type of product. Their support team is responsive and actually understands the nuances of cross-border tax, which makes a big difference when you're scaling internationally.
