What I like most about SORT Connect is that it closes the gap between noticing a problem and actually getting it handled. My team can flag something the moment it happens, and I do not have to rely on side conversations, sticky notes, or someone remembering to follow up later. It gives everyone a clear place to speak up, take ownership, and keep the work moving without unnecessary back-and-forth. The system is easy for my team to pick up without much training. Setup was straightforward, and support has been responsive when we have needed help.

Submitting a request takes seconds, which is the whole reason it actually gets used. My employees and my customers can both send one in without training or a login walkthrough, and everything lands sorted on my phone. The routing is the piece I'd been missing, submissions go to the right person automatically, in whatever format that person actually reads, whether that's SMS or email or both. Before this, requests came in through four different channels and half of them died in someone's inbox.
