Outbound Email Scanning is something I use daily as well, since we are sending thousands of emails to clients regularly, it is very important that our outgoing emails are also clean and do not accidentally send any malware or sensitive data out. This flexibility has made our email security much more precise and effective for our specific business needs. The Reporting & Dashboard feature is something I check almost every day. It gives me a clear picture of how many threats were blocked, what kind of spam was filtered, and overall email traffic health. I use this data directly for my monthly security reports to management, which has saved me hours of manual data collection every month. Alerts & Notifications keep me updated in real time whenever something serious is detected, so I don't have to keep the dashboard open all day, I get informed the moment something needs my attention. An unexpected benefit I found is that since implementing Sophos Email properly, our whole organization's day to day email communication with clients has become much smoother, without random spam complaints or phishing related panic from employees, which used to happen earlier before we had this solution.
