I like that Solve Intelligence Patent Copilot aids in the drafting process by automating mundane aspects and adding depth to the disclosure. It's helpful in meeting patent specification disclosure requirements. On the prosecution side, it really gets to the point of the examiner's objections and helps in devising a way past them. The presentation is good, making it easy to interact with, and I appreciate the structured approach it provides.

Then Solve produces well formatted patent applications that can be easily modified by a user to a particular style or focus. Solve also works with and automatically converts between the different styles of all major international patent offices and languages. Solve does 20+ hours of application drafting work and 5+ hours of office action handling work each in less than 1 hour.

I have been using Solve Intelligence's drafting AI product for one year. I am a European patent attorney and Solve Intelligence already has templates and features that are adapted to EPO drafting. The tool it very helpful in generating drafts and you can use the AI in every part of the application process. I usually start the first fraft by providing to the tool the description provided by the applicant, with minor modifications. I receive back a good draft, which sometimes gives further aoolications than the ones given by the applicant. It understands a wide range of inventions, performs in-depth analysis, and provides high-quality edits. Using Solve Intelligence has reduced the time I spend on drafting and editing an application and even provides additional ideas. I would confidently recommend it to other patent attorneys.
