We have been on Swell for 1 month now and have a total of 18 new reviews. Our new patients have mentioned they read our reviews and like that they are recent reviews, some say the names of our employees, and we are actively replying to each and every single one of them. It brings more happy and eager to start patients. As well the plugin available to install on our website is amazing, they're not old boring reviews but the most recent one which makes each review unique and not faked. The reminders to leave a review is even better because they are sent after hours, once the patient is home and relax, we will always forget to remind patients and send review invitations but so far, no problem at all. Swell is definitely something we were looking for.
