I really love Snappic's customer service, it's honestly a game-changer for me. I've tried other software, but Snappic's support is top-notch. Plus, the software itself is very easy to program and keeps improving with updates. I enjoy the cloud-based features that allow us to make changes in the office and immediately push them to our photo booths. The filters and editing tools make our photos look studio-grade, which is a massive upgrade compared to others like Photomaster. The pricing is competitive as well, but it's really the customer service that keeps me loyal to Snappic.

The software is very easy to use but the support team is even better and ready to solve any issue you might have. On Live events everything is at your finger tips and the performance has been upgraded from our previous app. The Price is compatible too and we have been able to use it integrated with various Photobooth, 360 video booth as well as glambot
